  The food wasn't terrible, but far from good, and far from authentic. A big giveaway that they have no business making sushi: Served with chinese soy sauce. Higher prices than downtown Toronto Sushi, as well. Skip it

  I go here all the time with my friends for the all-you-can-eat; we all love it. The food is good, lots of vegetarian options, and depending on how much you eat the price is good too.
  
  I've found that the restaurant is always clean in nice looking, and the service is great. All of the servers are very nice and accommodating.

  Not actually from Simcoe but stopped by at J.C Sushi and was greeted immediately and seated. Freshest sushi I've had in a while - staff is friendly! Great experience thank you J.C Sushi
